When a background request is made an automatic web order number is generated for that request and displayed on the screen. You can track this request throughout the process by this web order number. You will also receive emails at the end of every business day updating you to the status of each and every request.

Did you misplace a printed report for an applicant? Don’t worry you will have access to every request ever made and can sort them by date range, web order number, name of applicant or the employee who entered the request.
